The Board
The board is comprised of home owner volunteers that are elected by the home owners at the general open meeting. It is important to remember that we are all part of the same community, and we all want to work together for the success of the Seafarer Townhomes. We encourage anyone who is interested to donate their time and effort in becoming a board member - it's not always fun, but it can be rewarding!

Board Meetings
All board meetings are held at the CMSI office, located at _______________________, on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 7:00-8:00 pm. The first part of each board meeting is open to general attendance. Feel free to join us and bring up any concerns that you feel the board needs to address. All concerns will be addressed - we promise - though we might not be able to do anything about them at first. Some concerns might need more research before decisions can be made. Sometimes we have to make difficult decisions and choices for the good of the whole community, so we want everyone to be as aware of the issues as possible and to voice their opinion so that all sides can be heard and considered.
