This is my neightbor Corey, the plumber, helping to load the planterbox full of dirt while Will shovels. Corey took his work trailer to the dirt yard to help us get enough dirt to fill the planterbox.

This is Ben's son Zack and our friend Will shoveling and spreading out the dirt in the planter box. Zack was such a great helper that weekend!

Here is a view of the entire front planterbox. You can see my door and my neighbor's door. The plants will grow tall to create a separating barrier between the two houses (and will hopefully hide their clutter from view).

This is the front of the planterbox. The light green plants are lantana. The outside two plants will bloom all summer and are red and orange. The inside two plants are purple and white and will bloom in spring and late fall.

This is the middle block of the planterbox. I can't remember the name of these bushes, but they grow to about 6 feet tall and have nice pinkish flowers in the spring. Even the leaves have a pinkish tint to them.

This is the back of the planterbox. I put three hibiscus bushes here. The two outside ones are deep red, and the middle one is a reddish pink. The pinkiish red one blooms in the spring and sometimes in the late fall, while the red ones bloom in the summer and early fall.

I am not quite finished with the front. Today, Will will be spreading the dirt into the front garden patch, and cleaning up the decking and the concrete around the front of the house. This weekend, I will buy plants to go in the front patch, and next week we will plant them.
